We do our best to describe our decorative items accurately, including images, materials, colours, and dimensions. However, availability is not guaranteed. We may update, limit, or discontinue products when necessary. Any offer is void where prohibited.

All prices are shown in US dollars unless noted otherwise. Shipping fees, taxes, and other checkout charges are displayed before you confirm your order. International orders may also incur customs duties, as explained in our Shipping Policy.

6. Order Acceptance

We ship to destinations available at checkout. Production time and shipping time are separate. Please see our Shipping Policy for estimates, tracking information, and customs information.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guarantees. Delays may occur because of customs, weather, holidays, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses. Multiple items may arrive in separate packages.
9. Returns, Refunds, and Product Issues
Our Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy explains eligibility and procedures. Generally, eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Because some items may be made to order, change-of-mind returns may be limited as stated on the applicable product page. If we approve such a return, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.
If your decorative piece arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us promptly with clear photographs or videos. After review, we may offer a replacement, correction, refund, or another remedy available under applicable law.
Please do not send a return without our prior authorisation and instructions.
